The highest point in Shenandoah National Park at 4,051 feet, reached from Skyline Drive near milepost 46.7. The Upper Hawksbill Trail is a roughly 2-mile round-trip climb to a stone observation platform with 360-degree views over the Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge; a steeper 1.7-mile route also reaches the summit.
