White Oak Canyon and Cedar Run

A chain of six waterfalls dropping through a steep hemlock and hardwood gorge, reached from a lower trailhead on Route 600 outside Syria or from Skyline Drive above. The classic loop links White Oak Canyon with the neighboring Cedar Run gorge for about eight miles and 2,300 feet of climbing.
