Lafayette Inn and Restaurant

An 1840 landmark at 146 East Main Street in Stanardsville that served as a hospital during the Civil War and now operates as a bed and breakfast with a refined American country restaurant serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner on select days. It won the Wine Enthusiast Award of Distinction and Virginia Restaurant of the Year at the Virginia Wine and Food Society banquet, and is a TripAdvisor Hall of Fame property.
