A memorial stone chimney at 1128 Old Blue Ridge Turnpike on the grounds of the former Criglersville School, dedicated in November 2015 to the Madison County families displaced when Shenandoah National Park was created in the 1930s. Interpretive kiosks name the families and explain mountain life before removal.
