Copper Fox Distillery

American single malt distillery at 9 River Lane in a former apple cider factory, the only distillery in North America that hand-malts its own barley and the only one anywhere that smokes it with apple and cherry wood. Roughly 45-minute production tours run Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends.
