C.F. Phelps Wildlife Management Area

A large state wildlife management area in southern Fauquier along the Rappahannock River, managed by the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources for hunting, fishing, hiking and wildlife watching. Frontage on the river provides bank fishing and informal paddling access.
