Skyline Caverns

A commercial show cave at 10344 Stonewall Jackson Highway, a mile from the north entrance to Skyline Drive, discovered in 1937. Guided tours run year-round every 15-20 minutes, take about an hour, cover roughly 1.1 miles of walkway and reach 260 feet underground, passing three underground streams and the cave's famous anthodites, rare white spiky calcite crystals found in very few caves worldwide.
