Pen Druid Brewing

Pen Druid Fermentation is a 27-acre permaculture operation at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Founded by brothers Lain, Van, and Jennings Carney, the brewery focuses on native yeast and spontaneous fermentation using traditional Belgian and German methods. Also produces spontaneously fermented natural cider from local apples.
