Dida's Distillery, attached to Rappahannock Cellars, specializes in 100% grape-based spirits distilled from wines. The distillery produces gluten-free brandy, vodka, gin, barrel-aged gin, and cinnamon vodka in small batches using a custom 100-gallon copper still. Named after founder Marialisa Delmare's grandfather.
