Shenandoah National Park - Front Royal Entrance / North District

Front Royal is the northern gateway to Shenandoah National Park and the north terminus of Skyline Drive, the 105-mile ridgetop road through the park. The Warren County stretch of the park covers roughly the first 10-15 miles of the Drive, with overlooks, picnic grounds, and trailheads reached directly from town via Route 340.
