Brix & Columns Vineyards

Brix & Columns Vineyards is a 160-acre working farm and estate winery nestled in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, just 15 minutes east of Harrisonburg and minutes from Massanutten Resort. Set amid sweeping panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Massanutten Peak, the property features Jeffersonian-inspired architecture, 16 acres of estate vineyards, and a welcoming tasting room open seven days a week. The winery produces a diverse lineup of estate wines from eight grape varieties — including Viognier, Chardonnay, Petit Manseng, Vidal Blanc, Cab Franc, Chambourcin, Petit Verdot, and Tannat — ranging from crisp dry whites to full-bodied Bordeaux-style reds, sparkling wines, and dessert-style offerings. Flights of five wines are available starting at $16, and most wines have earned gold or silver medals in regional competitions. Guests are welcome to bring outside food, and the patio features an outdoor fireplace for cooler months and canopies for rent in summer. A walking path winds through the vineyards for those who want a closer look at the vines. Dogs are welcome on leash, families are encouraged to visit, and reservations are recommended for groups of eight or more. The property also operates as a premier wedding venue, accommodating up to 200 guests with indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, bridal suites, and a backup generator. A Foundation Club wine membership offers quarterly shipments and year-round discounts.
